Celebrate one of the greatest inventions of our time with your audience.

We’ll be the first to say it: telephones are the best. Whether you’re sharing zesty memes with your friends, responding to emails, browsing social media or… y’know… calling people, telephones are a staple of our lives. They’re a far cry from the bulky landlines that used to be installed in homes across the world (“Mom! Get off the internet, Tracy’s calling me!”) and nearly every person aged 14 and up has one in their pocket. We could celebrate telephone day by celebrating Alexander Graham Bell — but we think it’s far more fitting to celebrate what phones mean to us in 2021, how they improve our lives, and make us consider if, by having them on us at all times, they’re potentially detracting from our lives too.

Celebrate National Telephone Day by using your phone — but you were probably going to do that anyway. Share this uplifting video instead, encouraging your audience to pick up their phone and call someone they haven’t seen in a long time. Add your logo to the last scene and upload to your social channel. Increase engagement with a caption like: “Why are you thankful for your phone today?”
