The survey is intended to capture lived experiences of those with service dogs, the process of acquiring a service dog and how either of these scenarios or both have impacted your lives and where applicable the lives of those closest to you. Responses will help inform ways in which The Canadian Foundation for Animal-Assisted Support Services (CFAS) can best support service dog teams, those that need a service dog, and those closest to them.
